I'm new to Agile. I'm curious to know how I can add a Feature(issue) to a User Story that was created underneath an Epic(issue).

JIRA Agile doesn't add another layer under Stories. What you get by default is Epic > Story > Subtask. If you want a bigger hierarchy, take a look at the Structure plugin.
Do you mean the roll ups or just what is on the issue? If it is the latter, that could just be the board configurations.

Thanks Jobin.
I see how using Structure I can create an Epic and then create items underneath it etc.
This Epic then shows up on my Agile board, however the Issue/Completed/Unestimated/Estimate counts are invalid as they all show 0.
Does structure not work with the Agile Board?

It will show only if you setup the syncrhonizers correctly. Or you will have to set the Epic Link when the issues were created.

Ah, thanks! I set the Epic Link and that worked. If you have time can you explain the other synchronizers you are referring to?
Thanks!
