How do I copy a page and child pages from Confluence On-Demand (5.5-OD-24-014) to a downloaded version (Confluence 5.1.2)? Thx
Confluence Command Line Interface (CLI) has the copyPage action. Use with the descendents, targetServer, and similar parameters.
Have you considered upgrading your self-hosted copy before moving the pages across? It's a lot simpler as you can just import the space export from OD.

Hi Andrew,
you can create a new page and try to copy the editor contents from one instance to the other.
Or
you can create a xml export and modify the buildnumber in the export file, so it will import on your second instance in a (hopefully) new space and then move the page to your desired destination.

You can export your OnDemand page to Word and then import from Word into your downloaded instance. However, you won't be able to include child pages. You'd need to do them one at a time.
