Hi,
I created 3 tables in our jira which are ijr_application, ijr_users and ijr_application_assign. I have a custom field in jira which is a select list (multiple choices). I have all the application names in this custom field. I want to populate a field wherein upon selecting an application my custom field which is a multi user picker will be populated by all users who use this application. My values are all in the database table. How can i make my field lookup in the table and then populate a field? And also how can i make my select list (multiple choices) look up in a table?

Hi,
Is there any other way aside from using nFeed plugin?

nFeed is worth a try - also check out the other "database values" fields in the marketplace - they're all slightly different and some may suit you better than others.

As I said, check the marketplace for "database values" addons.

Hi Nic,
How about if I use scripting in getting values from database tables? Is it possible?

It should be, but I suspect it's quite complex.

Yes I think it is quite complex since I am using script to get values from table. I will try to study on how to use nFeed since it might be helpful in our problem right now. Will ask again your help if needed.
Thanks
