Error sharing ticket from Zendesk to Jira after update pluguins

After update the Zendesk connector and service rocket plugins we are getting the error below when sharing the ticket from zendesk to jira. We alredy tried to remove, reinstall the plugins and rebuild the integration but the same error is presented. Any light about this and how to fix?

I'm having the exact same problem. No idea how to fix it.
