Atlassian Plugin SDK 5.1.2 killed my PATH variable!

I just installed the latest Atlassian Plugin SDK 5.1.2 using the Windows installer, and discovered that it completely overwrote my PATH environment variable with its own installation path, while removing all other paths to tools I had listed there!

Seriously? We are ruining people's developer environments now? You didn't think a developer might possibly have some other values in the PATH env? I had like a dozen different entries in there.

Please fix your installer so it appends to the PATH variable instead of overwriting it outright.
