How can I move the Internal directory to primary in JIRA?

After an import Crowd directory admin user exists in both crowd external and jira internal, but crowd external is set as my primary and is not reachable. I need to move JIRA to primary but have currenltly no access. Any suggestions?

You may try to change the directory_position in cwd_directory database table so the internal directory is primary.

1. Shutdown JIRA
2. Make database changes
3. Start JIRA

Now you should be able to login with the admin from the internal user directory
