As time goes on more and more project will be created. So that users do not need to filter out the many projects that are now done, can they be 'Closed', not deleted?

I would imagine that by default all searches would exclude closed projects unless otherwise stated.

Is there any function like this?

Thanks,

You can create a new permission scheme where you do not give the browse project permission to anyone.

Associate this permission scheme to the projects you want to disable/close .

Thanks. Love it. That is thinking outside the box.

While a button to do this would be good, I think that will work well.
