Can't create a project

Hello,

Although I'm a member of the Jira Administrator and I was able to create projects normally but now I'm getting the following message when I try to create a new one:

Permission Violation

It seems that you have tried to perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform.

If you think this message is wrong, please contact your JIRA administrators.

My admin colleagues are able to create new project normally without any problems, I also checked the default schemas and roles, nothing has been changed.

Can you please check if you have the "Browse Project" permission? If yes, and you are still unable to create a project, kindly see the link below:
