Confluence access

meganwoods April 15, 2014

Hi,

I have added some more users to my account and while they have been given specific access and group access to confluence they are still unable to access the wiki.

It may complicate things that they are also bit bucket users for their own enterprise.

Cheers Megan

Hiya mate,

You could be hitting into this user management bug. Feel free to raise an issue under the OnDemand project in https://support.atlassian.com. We will apply the fix for you.

Hi Megan,

It seems that you are currently using On demand confluence, am I correct? if the case, I suggest to review the global permissions in confluence and try to add the user manually to the global permissions and grant the "can use" permission to him. Also check if the user has access to some spaces. In case the same user still can't login, I recommend to reach the ondemand support team so they can check the application logs and verify what is happening.

Cheers,

Rodrigo
