Hi Namma,

I'm from Zoho and we'd like to introduce our add-on Zoho Show for Confluence Cloud.

With Zoho Show , you can now
create, collaborate, and deliver presentations right within Confluence. You can manage all your presentations within Confluence , with no need to maintain multiple apps and user accounts.

We have rich set of options to transform your numbers to beautiful charts and infographics.

Install the add-on from Atlassian Marketplace.

Please visit our page to know more about our exciting features.

Would be happy to hear more from you!

Thanks,
Lekha

Hi Naama,

I think it's easiest to store that information in Confluence, as an attachment to a page. You can still restrict access if you like, but I find it makes accessing that content from within Confluence much more seamless.

I am sure there might be cases where you don't want to do this, but over time it is easier to have your content all stored in one location. And I say this not only as a current Atlassian employee, but a former Confluence Admin for many years.

Good luck!

Susan
