JIRA Startup Failed

I SetUp & Login JIRA(Standalone-4.4.4) yesterday sucessful & normally,
but today i can't start jira ???
i got messasge & description as follow, but i do'nt know how to solve ??

please give me some actions ..., tks !!

You cannot access JIRA at present. Look at the table below to identify the reasons
Description
The following plugins are required by JIRA, but have not been started:
Gadget Directory Plugin (com.atlassian.gadgets.directory)
Embedded Gadgets Plugin (com.atlassian.gadgets.embedded)
Gadget Dashboard Plugin (com.atlassian.gadgets.dashboard)
Atlassian JIRA - Plugins - Gadgets Plugin (com.atlassian.jira.gadgets)
Opensocial Plugin (com.atlassian.gadgets.opensocial

After reinstall on other machine the trouble never happened ..., the 2nd machine memory is larger than 1st machine ..., tks

This seems to be a timeout in the initialisation of the plugins in your JIRA system. Have a look at the logfile home/log/atlassian-jira.log. You should find errors in the startup-logging. If it is really only a timeout, restart your JIRA and in the most cases the failure is gone. If the failure persists, look in your logfiles what has gone wrong.

And mostly, the timeout is due to memory issues. Increase Heap memory if the restart doesn't fix it!
