After setting properties to allow user to access Confluence both in application access, global permissions and space permissions (See screenshots). User is still getting a "You have not been granted access to Confluence". Am I missing something ? Is there a work arround ?
I am using JIRA and Confluence On Demand.
Thank You

Hi Christophe,
You have to granted your user in JIRA Project.
JIRA permission + JIRA project of your project.
The access deny is in JIRA. I think Confluence Space access is fine.

Thank you Sven,
I think the user has a working access to JIRA and can perfectly use it. The error message is displayed after the user clicks on the switch to Confluence button (See screenshot).
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance.

ooopps right.
Did you check if there are some page restriction ?
Did he try to connect to the page directly, accessing the space home page first then the specific page.

No there is no page restriction and direct access to space home page or inner page URLs is redirected to the same error page.
I am stuck.

Both Jira and Confluence are sharing the same user directory ?
Maybe this user have/had two different users and when he try to authenticate throught the application bar, he swtich to the wrong user...
Do you have something special in your logs ? maybe a wrong sync ....
Logs tell us more ...
