JIRA 6.2 with Fisheye 3.3.1 - No Development Panel

grumpasaurus March 11, 2014

Hi I've just upgraded to both JIRA 6.2 and to Fisheye 3.3.1 and updated application links to allow 2-leg OAUTH. However, instead of the Development Panel, I am only seeing the Source Tab. Is there anything else that I'm missing in the configuration that I need to do?

The Development Panel is a bit tricky. You would need to disable Trusted Application or Basic Access and only use OAuth authentication for the applink. And, the OAuth would need to have 2LO enabled, but not 2LOi.

If it still doesn't work, it worth to check if you have SSL configured, whitelist or proxy.

Disabling Trusted Applications did it.

We have OAuth 2LO enabled but the Dev Panel still doesn't work (the Source tab works). The Development Tools section on the project still says Two-legged authentication (2LO) is not configured on this application link, which is not true. Our Jira is OnDemand and is using SSL. FishEye is not using SSL. Any ideas where we should look? We are still evaluating the solutions but the difficulty in getting it to work is concerning.

Hi grumpasaurus,

Did you choose a jira issue that has commits and reviews in FishEye ?

grumpasaurus March 12, 2014

Yes. Until I disabled trusted applications, it was only on the source tab.
