Hi,
I have recently started using JIRA OnDemand. When I am not logged in, the System Dashboard is displayed to all anonymous users. How do I set which dashboard is the default public dashboard? Can I turn it off completely?
Best regards,
Kevin
You can't quite turn it off completely, but you can remove anything you don't want to make public.
Two things to think through:
1. The dashboard will only show issue/project information that is available to "anyone", as defined in your permission schemes. So, if you configure all your projects to only show information to logged-in users, you'll find the not-logged-in dashboard doesn't leak information or tell people much until they log in
2. Go to Admin -> System Dashboard and remove anything you don't want to share. Bearing in mind point 1 of course
Thanks Nic. It wasn't clear that the System Dashboard is also the public dashboard. "System" has also so many other connotations.

Yes, I don't think that's obvious either in the configuration or the documentation. It's there, but it really doesn't jump out at you when you're looking for it.
