OsTicket Tickets Migration into Jira

Hello All,

How would I migrate OsTicket tickets into Jira? After doing a few google searches, there's no API or creditable documetation to assist. Any assistance would be helpful.

It depends on how you can get the data out of OsTicket. Jira can import from a number of formats, but for non-listed ones, you either need to code, or go through a generic method.

First google hit is on https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/importer-migrationswhich has an "other" tab, which is what you need to head for. If that's no good, look for Jelly or REST next. Then there are plugins like Bob Swift's CLI as well.
