Hey Guys,
I need help (or direction)
We use both JIRA (dev\projects) and Freshdesk (support). Out of the box Freshdesk will create a new issue in JIRA and then "link" and "update" comments, status etc
I would like to create the issue\ticket in JIRA then create\link in Freshdesk. We would like to be able to do this when we create any type of issue.
I assume that the create part will be easy-ish as they have an API (http://freshdesk.com/api/tickets/ticket/#create-a-ticket)
Is this something that I can do myself or can I pay someone in beer or similar to help?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

according to zapier, freshdesk are in the process of implementing webhooks. Once that's in place you should be able to use a service like zapier to populate freshdesk with new tickets via JIRAs webhooks functionality.
