Similar to the request here https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/215164/bamboo-rest-api-to-create-branches, I am looking for REST resources that will allow me to queue branch builds or delete a branch from a plan.

See my python script here, which deletes plan branches. There is no official API for this AFAIK, but for now this is a workaround:
