Hi
I want to add a feedback button to my desktop application for end users to send us feedback.
Mainly feedback, idea, enhancement, bug and survey.
I come across " Issue Collector" ( for feedback, bugs, custom!) and Ideation ( for ideas and suggestions) and integration with SurveyMonkey for Survey.
Questions are:
Is it possible to integrate issue collector to desktop application?
What is the custom template in Issue Collector? ( can I use it for survey?)
I want to have one add-on to do all the jobs (feedback, enhancement, bug, ideas, survey) instaed of ending with surveymonkey, ideation and issue collector? any suggestion for this?
Is there any other add-on available to be able to do these things?
Regards
Hoom

Hi, Hooman!
As an alternative to issue collector, you can try Customer Case add-on for JIRA Cloud. It provides two channels for collecting feedback from customers - email and customer portal with opened and access-restricted forums.
Your users, customers and visitors can access this portal and submit their requests or issues to your team. It supports different login options, including Facebook or Google+ social accounts. This allows you to minimize the time needed for feedback submission.
Your team can work on ideas and support requests either in Customer Case or in JIRA Cloud, depending on their preferences.

I use the JIRA Issue Collectors a lot and for me the best way to learn about it is to use it. 3

I usually go with the Custom Template with custom triggers so I am in full control, even for feedbacks. I create a number custom field to measure my users "satisfaction" and "recommendation rating". Creating reports after that is easy peasy.
