Hmm. The bug I know about was in a much older version, although the message is pretty much identical. There should be a line in your environment somewhere that mentions "-Djava.awt.headless=true" - have a look in setenv.sh and see if removing it fixes it. (Do not remove any of the other -D switches it gives, just that one) This may cause other problems, but it's a useful test.
