Hi

 

When JIRA started, follow error text displayed in console.

this exception not found tomcat & JIRA log

 

I wonder this exception reason.

Looks like a bug in your JVM.  What version of Java are you running here?

I'm using JIRA 6.4.5 (jre include version. jre version : 1.8.0_40)

Hmm. The bug I know about was in a much older version, although the message is pretty much identical. There should be a line in your environment somewhere that mentions "-Djava.awt.headless=true" - have a look in setenv.sh and see if removing it fixes it. (Do not remove any of the other -D switches it gives, just that one) This may cause other problems, but it's a useful test.
