Following the Plugin development tutorial, my plugin does not show in the 'user-installed' addon list.

I've tried following the hello-world plugin tutorial using Atlassian-Plugin SDK 5.1.1, compiling the plugin works. And using atlas-mvn run does start a JIRA instance. The log show that my 'HelloWorld' plugin is ENABLED. But it does not show up in the list of installed add-ons.

What am I doing wrong?

To answer my own question. This must have been a bug in the UPM shipped with JIRA 6.4.9. Upgrading to 6.4.10 resolves the problem.
