Tempo email notification not sending

Email notifications at getting stuck in the error queue, specifically TEMPO notifications.

Has anyone experienced this?

Please verify that users have email notifications configured in the Tempo "User preferences"? See at the bottom of this page for details: https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/User+Preferences

If notifications are correctly configured and emails are not turning up in the spam folder, can you please check your the JIRA log files for errors, specifically with regards to your mail service SMTP settings.
