Restrict tools menu

Hi everybody,

I'm using Confluence 5.3.4.

I would like to restrict additional buttons like watch, share and tools.

In tools, I'd like also to restrict some action (like 'Export PDF',...).

How could I do it ?

Hi,

To disable 'Export PDF' you can disable the plugin by following the steps below:

1- Go to Confluence Admin page
2- Navigate to Manage Add-ons
3- Under System plugins look for 'Confluence PDF Export' and click on it
4- Press 'Disable'

So to hide/disable the rest of fonctionnalities in tools menu, I'm using Javascript but the nest step is to build a VM plugin with a servlet to allow administrator to select what he want to disable.
