Bamboo does not list all JIRA projects

John Ruiz December 15, 2013

Our organization just setup a 30-day trial of Bamboo, connected to the OnDemand (Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket) that we already pay for.

We've connected Bamboo to our AWS account, and now I'm trying to build our first plan. The very first dropdown is a list of projects. It contains 15 projects. But our JIRA has 20 projects. Of course, the project I'm using to "try out" bamboo is one of the missing projects.

How do I get ALL projects to show up in the Bamboo "create new plan" dropdown?

Best I can think of is to leverage the steps in this document:

I'm sorry to report that this wasn't helpful. I asked our system admins to take a look at it, and they told me that they fiddled with some stuff until it finally worked. What it was wasn't clear to either of us, but I can - at least - see all of our JIRA projects now.
