forgot useUnicode and characterEncoding on database configuration at confluence setup

I changed from the trial database to a mysql database today. I only just noticed that I forgot to add

&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8

to the connection string when configuring the connection to the database at confluence setup.

Any way I can add this after everything has been setup already?

You can. Go into your Confluence Home and edit your confluence.cfg.xml. You should be changing the hibernate.connection.url.
