Is it possible to have 4-level cascade list on Jira On Demand?

Hi,

I need a 4 level cascade list on an screen I am creating.

 

Default cascade list is 2 levels.

 

Is it possible to have 4 levels on JIRA on Demand or do I need to run it on JIRA Server?

 

I need an answer soon please and I hope to hearing from you.

If I have a subscription for JIRA On Demand, how much is it possible to change it to a JIRA Server?

Bascially, you stop paying the subscription and buy a Server licence. At some point, you'll need to move, which is a standard "export from Cloud, import on Server", well documented on Atlassian's site.

You need to use addons to get new types of custom field, and Cloud will not let you install any of them.  As you suspect, you'll need to move to JIRA Server, then look at one of the multi-level-cascading-select addons in the marketplace
