No, I'm afraid Cloud currently only supports internal (Crowd) accounts and google accounts. You can't use it with other directory systems, so there's no SSO available.
To clarify you cannot use any other directory system with atlassian cloud?

That is what I said, yes.

It's a real shame that cloud does not support SSO. I just deactivated Service Desk after realizing it doesn't support it. Atlassian is really missing out on a major business opportunity.

Very disheartening for us Cloud customers...I'm in the same boat - unable to adopt Portfolio or Service Desk solely because of lack of SSO. That is a real shame considering the huge laundry list of capabilities afforded right out of the box and at such a good price point. I've spent $2,500 today just arguing with my peers about this absence. Today's webinar from Atlassian on its migration and product split didn't yield any good answers either. While someone there did respond to my question posed, the answer was less than fruitful. They say SSO through Google Apps is working and supported today (yes, I know that, but there is zero value here for me within a 3K user government organization with AD), but they are still working to get Atlassian ID to all of its products - no ETA or roadmap visibility.
