How can I complete an agile scrum for my own scrum? I am pressing the complete button but it asks for another group permission in addition to mine.

You have to have project admin rights across all the projects included in the board.  Is that what you're missing?

I guess this is indeed what is missing, but the board was created for one group and it asks for another group permission. How can I restrain the scrum board to be only for my group?

You don't. Boards have nothing to do with groups, they're based on drawing information from projects. If your board includes 6 projects and you're only an admin on 5 of them, you need to either drop project 6 from the board filter, or get yourself admin rights to it.
