soyTemplateRendererHelper plugin is not enabled

Chris Wood November 22, 2013

Hi,

We are seeing the following issue after restarting confluence and believe it might be related to an updated plug-in:

$soyTemplateRendererHelper.getRenderedTemplateHtml("com.atlassian.auiplugin:aui-experimental-soy-templates", "aui.page.header.soy", $templateParameters)

I tried googling and none of the solutions seemed to work (deleting plugin-cache, JVM timeout, setting the plugins back to enabled in the database).

We are running 5.2.3. Any ideas? We are stumped.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

This issue is related to a plug-in, more specifically to "Confluence Soy Template Support", can you check wheter it's enabled or disabled?

If it's disabled enabling it will fix it, please also take a look on this plugin version, as it has to be on the same version of your confluence (5.2.3).

Note that the underlying issue is probably CONF-22390.

Hi Felipe,

One of our developers figured how this happened during development and fixed it.

Thanks,

Chris
