JIRA onDemand : import from Mantis

Aumard Jimmy October 27, 2013

Hi,

We need to test the import from mantis feature but we can't find it under 'Import external projects' options.

Where i can enable the import from mantis ? We follow the documentation here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA060/Importing+Data+from+Mantis but there no Mantis import possible.

Thanks.

Hi Jimmy

Jira ondemand can't do an import from Mantis, that's only available from the Downloaded version of Jira. You could export your mantis data to cvs and import that into Jira Ondemand, or you could install a trial version of Jira on your local machine, import the mantis data into that one and then import that one into Jira On Demand.

You also ask Jira support if they would like to do it for you in your on demand instance (I don' know if they can).

Best regards,

Peter

The doc you are looking at is for standalone instances. Look at the doc below for ondemand
