How to disable email notifications for a specific issue?

Is there a way to be exempt from all email notifications from a particular issue where you are the Reporter/Assignee?

Hi,

Bug Watcher Notifications allows you to setup your own notification rules. E,g. you can create a filter and watch that filter, select the event types you want to get notified on or even receive notifications in-app instead of email.

It cannot suppress Notification Schemes though.

No. It is controlled by the notification scheme which applies to the project.
