I want to make a config page similar with "Look and Feel" page in admin config. Are there any library support to do it? And how can I do it? I found this link http://www.eyecon.ro/colorpicker/ , but I dont know how to apply it to my page.

I have a web-page to show the report of employee management, for example: employee absented one day will mark by red color, absented haft day will mark by green color,so on.... If you are manager or boss, you can change what color you want. I follow the instruction in http://www.eyecon.ro/colorpicker/, but it did not work. The GUI of color picker didn't show correctly, It just show color without the border. And I can not change or save the color to the Database. Are there any way to build the web-page above? Thank you so much. I am a Vietnamese, so my English is not good.

Could you explain what you are trying to achieve here?  Not "I want to do X in the application", but what the end user will experience when they try to use whatever you write as part of JIRA?
