Hosted solution spaces are not listed for all accounts

Hosted solution spaces are not listed for all users including admin account. Some user cant see the full list while others can.

For a space to appear on the list, the current user must have the right to see the space.  (Note that admins don't get that automatically, they still need to be added to the permissions for a space).  So start by checking the permissions on a space that is missing.
