Can attachments in restricted pages be accessed (viewed/edited) from outside said page?

Hi everyone,

When setting restrictions for a particular page, its contents are also restricted.

However, can attachments be pulled from outside the restricted page by a macro in another location which has less restrictions?

The new location would, for example, be accessible to all users, whereas the original page would be restricted to just one user.

Hi,

If an attachment is restricted macros should keep that restriction to avoid security leaks. 

One option (disclaimer, I'm one of the developers of this add-on) is to use Comala Share It to create a public link for your particular attachment. Then, like in Dropbox, you can share that attachment with the rest of the users.
