We have custom JIRA plugin which updates jira issues. But somehow those changes are not available in Jira search or in Jira filters. They are available when we open issue. What is the most likely reason for that?
Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
The plugin has a bug - is not indexing the issues after it makes the changes.
