Hello;

Can i maintain personal calendars in Jira/Confluence/etc?

I want to be able to see if the individual is free and then assign him task. 

What solutions are possible for maintaining individual employees calendars?

Will the following work:??

I am going to place two more states "booked-issue" & "unbooked-issue" in the process map.The consultant can see the unbooked-issues on his dashboard and select one of the unbooked-issue. Then he can input appointment time and day; and share it with the Account Manager and Client on confluence (Team-Calendars). This will move the state to booked-issue.

I want the account manager and client (limited access) to be involved during the whole process. If the client is busy on that day, he can use the confluence access to request another day.

Is this possible?

I am new to JIRA and will be working on Jira/Agile/Portfolio/Confluence and service desk for IT.

Have you thought of using the dashboard and setting a gadget to show how the workload is divided between all the individuals and assigning tasks to those that have the least amount of issues to resolve?
