Create automatic email function using Issue Collector

Hi,

I have a number of issue collectors set up and I would like them to send a notification e-mail when an issue is created. 

I know that they already send the project lead an email but I would like it to also send an e-mail to another user. This is dependant on the issue collector. ie issue collector A sends an email to John and the project lead, B sends one to Sarah and the project lead etc.

The only solution I can think of involves adding a function to the 'submit' button to open the users e-mail client with a pre-rendered message.

I have been able to achieve this when the JIRA collector is initially opened, but the action of opening the client obstructs the JIRA issue collector and is not very user friendly.

Ideally I want the email to automatically be sent in background but am not sure if this is possible

How about adding a custom email on the 'Create Event' post-function and add some conditions to it?
