Hello,
I'm about to customize a tempo install: we need to trigger a validation process when a tempo timesheet is sent to approval. Currently this validation process is ""off-line"" and triggered the last working day of the month. We are looking to change this process to a ""on-line"" model, and execute the validation as soon as the user sends his timesheet to approval.
Does exists any type of event that I can capture when a user sends the timesheet to approval? The whole idea is somewhat like:
1.-Capture the event in a jira-listener,
2.-trigger the validation process against the user timesheet.
3.-If validation fails send a email to user / reject the timesheet.
Thanks in advance

Hi Alex,
This is not supported in our current Tempo Timesheets version. We value feedback and comments on how we can make Tempo better, so if you have a feature request, please create an issue in the Tempo Timesheets Project in our Atlassian JIRA (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TT/Tempo+Timesheets+Support+Home)
Tempo product owners are reviewing all requests for Tempo products and if the request is within the scope of the roadmap it is transitioned from the Needs Triage status.
Other users with similar requests can vote on these issues and contribute by adding comments that will help Tempo developers implement the request.
Regards,
Susanne

Hi Alex,
Tempo Timesheets does actually fire an event when a timesheet is submitted, rejected and approved. So I believe this should be possible. However, we haven't published this as part of a public API, so this might change without notice, so proceed at your own risk.
Kind regard,
Benedikt
