Bitbucket not pushing

Hi

When I push to my account it doesn't work -

Below is the error I get - any suggestions am on Mac OSX 10.8.5

hg push --new-branch baruch

warning: bitbucket.org certificate with fingerprint 24:9c:45:8b:9c:aa:ba:55:4e:01:6d:58:ff:e4:28:7d:2a:14:ae:3b not verified (check hostfingerprints or web.cacerts config setting)

abort: HTTP Error 404: Not Found

pushing to https://bitbucket.org/ltristan/baruch

Completed with errors, see above

Hi Louis,

Looks like the remote HTTPS URL you are specifying is wrong. If you go to the main repository page in Bitbucket and look on the right hand side there'll be a "SSH" button. Click on that and use "HTTPS" instead and then copy and paste the HTTPS URL that appears. FYI, the URL format provided by Bitbucket doesn't usually look like that, it usually has the username specified i.e https://ltristan@bitbucket.org/ltristan/baruch
