Use Browser Preferences as Default Language

Instead of a fixed "Default Language", I want to use the Language Preference of the Browser.

If the user has set its Language Pref in JIRA, it should be used.

"User Lang > Browser Lang > JIRA Default Lang"

Is this possible? If yes, how?

As far as I know you can do so in Confluence?

Thanks for answers.

I looked for a solution or an open feature request. Can't find, so i created it.
