How and where can I set the value of the size of the preset for the image?

Christian Sprenger July 28, 2013

You know, there are three preset options

(currently the middle (300px) is selected)

We have different standards and it is quite annoying (yes, I know it's possible) to type in each value manually.

Where can I set the three standard values? Probably in the source code but maybe as a CSS/HTML preset somehere?

The CSS for the sizes does not exist, as far as I can tell. Instead, Confluence sets the width of the image as an inline style based on the size that you selected. To change these defaults, you'd have to modify the Confluence source code.

My suggestion would be to create a custom plugin that would do nothing more than embed the image and provide your own sizing options.

Well, this may work but another plugin I have to explain to the guys who write the documents.

IMHO Confluence is made to be easy for "end-users". With all that plugins it is not.

I agree to implement this into source code but after update I have to do it again. And again.

Not satisfying.
