Here is my listener
Action on W4F
action 721 is a hidden transition called "give feedback" that moves the issue from status "waiting for feedback" back to "In Progress" when a comment is added.
if i set "Only do when current user is the Reporter? true" it works. but sometimes other team members add a needed comment to the issue to force proceeding (maybe if the reporter is out of office)
setting this to true will let the issue stay in status "Waiting for feedback" and no admin will notice.
now the weird part.
i set "Only do when current user is the Reporter? false"
if i try to move an issue from "In progress" to "Waiting for feedback" now nothing happends. status won't be changed.
am i understanding something completely wrong here?
anybody out there with experiences on AT listeners?
cheers
argh...i found the problem
Event ID 6, 2
for some reason using both will fail. i updated the listener to use 6 (Issue Commented) only and now it works
Is there any workflow condition set on the transition? Might be a reporter only condition? If so, that explains it.
