How do I hide/display content on a page

I have huge Confluence content tables, which can not fit into any screen, regardless it's size.

How can I hide table content and make it visible only on a mouse click? Some sort of hide/display option...

You could use the "expand" macro (built-in).
This will feature a customizable line like "> click here to expand...". As soon as one click, the content in the macro is shown and expands.
