I'm using the script post function "Send a custom email" in my workflow. The text In the email template contains some fields that are in the ticket, specifically I'm using the user picker field assignee in the body:
contact=$issue.assignee.name
Is there any option to display user's email instead of user ID? This is the current preview of my template:
contact=mcruz
but I would like to display the user's email:
contact=mcruz@hotelbeds.com
