When I open issue-tracker(http://issue-tracker.gdev.com/browse/ART9KCID-1120), but permission violation 

 

It seems that you have tried to perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform.

Talk to your administrators - you have not got access to that issue, either because you have no access to the project or because a security level has been set and it excludes you.

Your administrators will be able to tell you why you can't see it, and update your access rights if you should have the permission
