Debug escalation script from Groovy Script Runner

Hi,

I'm about to introduce some major changes to Escalation Service which is a built in example for Script Runner plugin. I managed to set up the whole environment (using intellij community edition). I have an autosuggest of JIRA API, the script is correct, I managed to connect remotely to Tomcat... But how can i launch and debug anything here? is it doable at all?

How do you mean launch... if you have a remote debug target you should be able to set breakpoints and you should see IDEA stop at the breakpoint.

I mean... maybe I'm missing the point but that's how you debug.

To deploy any changes you can redeploy the plugin, or if your alternate.resource.directories (double-check that name) is set up correctly it should reload instantly.

BTW I think I need to so work on this script, esp in terms of debug logging.
