Hello, im trying to clone a repo from bitbucket but after i enter the source, desitnation path, and hit clone: it just sits on the loading screen forever and nothing happens. My assumption is that sourcetree is unable to connect to the source but instead of showing me an error it just keeps loading.. Any ideas?
EDIT: I believe it is my connection, but it really could be anything. On pingtest.net I received an A for my internet connection.. On speedtest.net my download speed was about 5 megs because I ditched the wifi and plugged in an Ethernet cable. Trying to figure out what exactly it could be. Got the AT&T people coming in and out the last few days. Also I clicked show full output this is what i got:
cloning error show full output.png
You will see files inside the .git folder. You won't have a working copy until after the clone is complete. Keep in mind the clone isn't just copying the latest version of files (like SVN). It is copying all revisions in the entire history of the repository.

Also - when I im cloning in terminal shouldnt I see files inside the folder even if its at 33%?

UPDATE: I got SSH configured so I dont get any errors when I try to clone using SSH.. Still just hangs. Im assuming its an internet problem. But im not sure how to fix it.
I was using HTTPS but I can try using SSH. I switched over to Open SSH and Git bash asked me for a password, I entered the password for the ssh-keygen i made earlier, but I believe now I have to create and upload a key to bitbucket. My main question is, why cant I just use HTTPS?

In principle you should be able to use HTTPS. To be honest it sounds like a connectivity problem.

Hi
You can get this behaviour if you are connecting using SSH rather than HTTPS and the SSH Agent isn't running.
Try cancelling that dialog and then
Once this is all running and setup you should then be able to clone. If not please let me know.
Cheers
