Hi,
One of my co-worker can't open JIRA site properly.
When she access the site she finds "Save As" prompt or corrupted texts on the screen.
We also noticed the site came up fine when a different user logged on her PC to access JIRA.
So we suspect this is something with her permission...
Anybody know what could cause the issue?
Any information is much appreciated.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
First of all scan for viruses. Looks like same malware soft is replacing the domain. Other option is that the browser is configured to use malware DNS or proxy.

I believe it's after login. We were never asked for login at our work when opening JIRA site.

Please try other browser. What does happen when you press Cancel on Save As prompt.
