Hello Edgar, 

As I don't have much information about your problem, I'd recommend you to run "ping" and "traceroute" commands to check how much delay time you are receiving, if others users are facing the same problem as well, if you have a proxy behind the server....

Define what you mean by slow, and work out the reasons. Is it your machine, your internal network, your connection to the server if it's not inside your network, the load on the server, or something else?
