Is there a way to subscribe to a Teamcalendar as anonymous user?

Deleted user June 15, 2015

We embedded a calendar onto a public confluence page that anonymous users can see the calendar no problem, works beautiful.

Is there a way that anonymous users can subscribe to such calendars? Because when you hit the subscription link in the calendar menu, the field with the link is empty.

Think about the logic of this question.  If you are anonymous, the system doesn’t know who you are.  Subscription implies that it can send you notifications. How can it do this if it doesn’t know who you are?  If you log in you are no longer anonymous.

To clarify things, I do not mean the subscription in Teamcalendar, I mean the iCal subscription. And for this, it doesn't really matter if the system knows my mail. If I am logged in, I can subscribe to the calendar via iCal. And that kind of subscription does not mean any notifications via email. This notifications belongs to the subscription in Teamcalendar in my logic. Or am I completely wrong?

I too would like to be able to do this. Did you find out how?
