Hi,

i am leaving my current company so i need to assign my account at MAC to a guy who will take over all Atlassian related things for me.

is there a way to do this once or do i need to add him/her as technical contact in every product we run?

i assume the new user will need an AtlassianID right? can it be assigned to our current MAC account?

Your colleague will have to create his own account and he gets added to technical contacts for all your licenses.

yes...i need to do the switch before my corporate email gets burned.... :)

thanks for makin it clear...i just advised him to get an ID. when he's done i will tell atlassian to add it to our MAC.

I think we contacted Atlassian Support and they changed the primary contact on the license.

Are all the licenses registered to your account?
